Indications : Short-term relief of heartburn and acid reflux symptoms caused by hyperacidity.

Main ingredients

The main ingredient of this product is omeprazole magnesium. Each tablet contains enteric-coated pellets containing 10.3 mg of omeprazole magnesium, which is equivalent to 10 mg of omeprazole. Excipients are iron oxide red; iron oxide yellow; glyceryl monostearate 40-55; hypromellose; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; magnesium stearate; copolymer of methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate (1 :1), 30% dispersant; microcrystalline cellulose; artificial paraffin; polyethylene glycol; polysorbate 80; crospovidone; sodium hydroxide; sodium stearyl fumarate; sugar spheres; talc Powder; titanium dioxide; triethyl citrate.

Pharmacological effects

This product is an H+, K+-ATPase proton pump inhibitor. After being absorbed through the small intestine, it is concentrated in the stomach wall through blood circulation, thereby inhibiting gastric acid.

drug interactions

1. Avoid simultaneous use with oral imidazole antifungals such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, miconazole and fluconazole. 2. The combined use of omeprazole and clarithromycin can increase the incidence of adverse reactions in the central nervous system (mainly headache) and gastrointestinal tract. 3. Avoid simultaneous use with diazepam (valium), phenytoin, warfarin, nifedipine, digoxin, cisapride, quinidone, cyclosporine, caffeine and theophylline. 4. Drug interactions may occur if used together with other drugs. Please consult a physician or pharmacist for details.

Precautions

1. Do not use it for more than 7 days. If symptoms are not relieved or disappear, please consult a physician or pharmacist.  2. Do not take it again within two months. If symptoms recur, seek medical attention immediately. 3. Do not use this product under the following conditions: difficulty or pain in swallowing; vomiting blood; bloody or black stools. These may be signs of a serious condition, please consult a physician. 4. Patients with liver insufficiency or abnormal blood images should use this product under the guidance of a physician. 5. If heartburn persists or worsens, please stop using this product and go to the hospital for treatment. 6. Children should use this product under the guidance of a physician.  7. Pregnant and lactating women should use with caution. 8. In case of overdose or serious adverse reactions, please seek medical attention immediately. 9. People who are allergic to this product should not use it, and people with allergies should use it with caution.  10. It is forbidden to use this product when its properties change.  11. Please keep this product out of reach of children.  12. Children must use it under adult supervision. 13. Adverse reactions

Common adverse reactions of this product are: headache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain and bloating. Occasionally, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, sleep disorders, abnormal sensation, rash, itching, urticaria, abnormal liver function tests, etc. may occur. Rare hyperhidrosis, peripheral angioedema, hyponatremia; angioedema, fever and anaphylactic shock; leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis, pancytopenia; reversible confusion, irritability, Depression, aggression, and hallucinations; gynecomastia; xerostomia, dysgeusia, stomatitis, candidiasis; alopecia, photosensitivity, erythema multiforme; hepatic encephalopathy (in those with previous severe liver disease), icteric or non-icteric Hepatitis, liver failure; bronchospasm; arthralgia, myalgia, muscle fatigue; interstitial nephritis; blurred vision.
