But remember, the quality of sleep is often more important than the quantity. Even if you get the recommended amount of sleep, you may not feel well-rested if your sleep quality is poor. Therefore, when assessing the quality of your sleep, you should not just focus on the duration, but also the depth and consistency of your sleep.

If you frequently feel tired or have trouble concentrating, it may be a sign of poor sleep quality. In this case, you can try to improve your sleep hygiene, such as maintaining a regular sleep schedule, creating a quiet and comfortable sleep environment, limiting caffeine and alcohol intake in the evening, reducing the time spent on electronic devices, and before bed.
